- WEEK 2: Overview of your PERSONALIZED protocol! Going over the diet, supplement, & lifestyle recommendations created for you by Meg. Bonus: focus foods, trigger foods to avoid, recipes, shopping lists, product recommendations & more
- WEEK 3: Integrating your protocol, trouble shooting, recommendations on meal prep, menu planning, grocery shopping, beating sugar & caffeine cravings, and more!
- WEEK 4: A deep dive into GUT HEALTH & DIGESTION (they are so connected to anxiety!)
- WEEK 5: Hormone hacking! Learning ways you can use your diet to balance your hormones, eliminate hormone induced anxiety, and minimize PMS symptoms
- WEEK 6: A recap! Revised diet, supplement, & lifestyle recommendations. New recipes, menu plans, etc.
