I’m super excited to be announcing my “Next Level Nourished” 8-week Nutrition program that’s launching October 1,2019! It’s a comprehensive, education based, action oriented program designed to teach you everything you need to know about nourishing your body, mind, and the beautiful planet we are living on.
Why “Next Level Nourished”?
Many people limit the idea of nourishing oneself simply to the body. However, the “Next Level Nourished” program not only considers your physical health, but also focuses on your mental health, emotional well being, relationship with food and others, and also for the well being of our earth. With all this being said, it’s pretty clear as to why it’s described as “next level” and the “ultimate nutrition program”!
How is it Special?
I know first hand that there are millions of different diets, weight loss programs, and health “cures” out there. It can be confusing to know what is legitimate, what will actually work for your body, and what is actually just complete madness!
However, rest assured, this program is a way different and way more practical than most of those other ones. After over coming my personal health challenges with severe anxiety, horrible digestive disturbances, hormone imbalances, and disordered eating as well as working with tons of nutrition clients who have had their health struggles too, the topics we cover in this program are what I have found to actually work for true lasting health.
The cool thing about this program is it’s:
- Education based
- Non restrictive
- Gets you truly in touch with your body.
The best news? You can still have carbs, enjoy yummy things, and eat when you’re hungry! This program is also unique because instead of just focusing on one organ system or a certain symptom, (ever heard of a “liver cleanse” or a “weight loss diet”?), it focuses on the WHOLE picture of your health and the world around you.
The environmental component of this program might sound random as it is often not considered when talking about nutrition. However, we as humans are so intricately connected to all of nature that in order to reach a true state of wellbeing – we must also focus on the well being of the world around us. If we don’t get serious about focusing on the impact our diets have on the earth, humans won’t exist for much longer. In fact, at the rate we are currently going, the UN estimates, “there are only 60 harvests left until we run out of viable top soil to grow food on.” And without healthy soils, humans cannot exist!
What the Program Entails?
- Firstly, we do our intro call together so you can hi light the specific health and nutrition goals you are hoping to work on
- Each week, on Saturday at 10:00 A.M. your weekly learning guide will be sent to you
- I ask that you finish reading the weekly guide by Tuesday if possible
- After you’ve read all about the weekly nutrition topic- it’s time to start integrating what you learned
- At some point each week we will have a check in call that you book with me. During this call we will talk about what you learned and how the integration process is going. You can also ask me any questions that might have come up and we can do any “trouble shooting” that might be necessary. I will right there along side you to support and hold you accountable for the entire 8-weeks!
Each week there are 1 to 2 focus topics you will read about along with 1 to 2 suggested recipes you can make to help you integrate what you are learning about. Some of the weekly topics include:

- Seasonal and Local Eating
- A breakdown of the most sustainable: proteins, carbs, and fats
