Hi, I'm Meg!
I have come to find that some of the most important things I can do consist of focusing on; nourishing my body with real foods, getting connected to the earth, and pursuing the things that make me happy and that I am passionate about. After having so much success in doing so, it’s now my hope to help as many people as possible to do the same.
Some of my biggest passions (in case you haven’t already noticed) include growing food, cooking and baking delicious goodies, and helping people get connected to what and how they are eating. In my eyes, being more aware of where our food is coming from and the effect it can have on our bodies and minds is one of the BEST ways to not only help ourselves but also the future of our planet.
I graduated from U.B.C. with a Bachelor’s of Kinesiology in 2015 and then went on to study holistic nutrition at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. I’ve been through many of my own struggles with both my health and relationship to food, which lead me on the path I’m on.
