Hi, I'm Meg!
I have come to find that some of the most important things I can do consist of; nourishing my body, getting connected to the earth, and pursuing the things that make me most happy in life. As a nutritionist, it's my greatest hope to help as many people as possible to do the same for themselves.
I graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor’s of Kinesiology in 2015 and then went on to study holistic nutrition at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition to become a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. I’ve been through many of my own struggles with anxiety, digestive issues, hormone imbalances, along my relationship to food, which lead me on the path I’m on.
I currently live on Salt Spring Island, B.C. with my partner, Luke, where I work full time as a nutritionist. The majority of my days are spent meeting one on one with clients (either virtually or in person), working in our veggie gardens, being in nature, or whipping up the most delicious foods in our little cabin kitchen!
Some of my biggest passions (in case you haven’t already noticed) include nutrition, growing food, cooking and baking, and helping people get connected to their food, bodies, and best selves.
In my eyes, being more aware of where our food is coming from and the effect it can have on our bodies and minds is one of the BEST ways to not only help ourselves but also the future of our planet.
