Hi, I'm Meg!
I'm so happy you've stopped by! As a nutritionist, it's my greatest desire to help support people in nourishing their bodies, getting connected to the earth, and pursuing the things that make them most happy in life. I truly believe everything is connected - and addressing our nutrition can be the perfect gateway to so much of the goodness we want for our lives and the world around us.
I graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor’s of Kinesiology in 2015 and then went on to study holistic nutrition at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition to become a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. I’ve been through many of my own health struggles such as; anxiety, digestive issues, and hormone imbalances, along with struggles in my relationship to my food and body. These challenges have lead me to where I am today as a nutritionist - who so deeply understands the difficulties of health imbalances.
I currently live on the Unceded Territory of the Hul’qumi’num and SENĆOŦEN speaking peoples (Salt Spring Island, B.C.), where I work full time as a nutritionist. The majority of my days are spent meeting one on one with clients (either virtually or in person), growing food in my partner & I's garden, hiking in nature, or whipping up the most delicious foods in our sweet little cabin kitchen!
